Synergy Sports Management LLC’s (Synergy Volleyball) policies and procedures for handling customer information have been designed with the understanding that in today’s world systems and technologies are still evolving. In addition, the Internet business methods are continuing to change in order to meet the needs and demands of the changing technologies. As a result, Synergy Sports Management LLC’s (Synergy Volleyball) policies and procedures are subject to change.

While serving our members, Synergy Sports Management LLC (Synergy Volleyball) acquires, stores, and transmits customer communications and information that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information, such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, and credit card data, is provided to our organization by customers seeking to become members to establish and receive service. Other information, such as the customer's account status, choice of services, and customer logs, is created and maintained by Synergy Sports Management LLC (Synergy volleyball) in the normal course of providing service. In addition, Synergy Sports Management LLC (Synergy Volleyball) may store customers' electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to the transmission and delivery of communications.

4. In necessity to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by our organization and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.

 

Synergy Sports Management LLC (Synergy Volleyball) disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. Our organization will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm our organization, our customers/members or any third parties.
